Providing Your Own Training?
Companies that have already trained their employees may elect to forgo the SSPC classroom training component and have an authorized SSPC
representative oversee a written exam and a hands-on
certification session. The SSPC exam proctor
will not review any of the training topics with the
students. It will be assumed that they have already
been trained and are ready to be tested. Contact

2221) for a proposal.
Certification Term & Renewal
Want to verify the Certification status of an individual?
If you are an SSPC Member Click
here and then login to your SSPC MarketPlace
account and search the SSPC Member Directories (located
on the "Member services & Standards Downloads" Tab of
the SSPC MarketPlace. then click the "Member & Certification
Search - Detailed" link verify the Certification status
of an individual, company, or to search for other SSPC
members.
Non-Members of SSPC can search for basic certification
status of individuals by Clicking
here and once you are logged into your Marketplace Account, be sure to click on the "Member and Certification Search" tab in the upper right hand side of the page. There you can look for other SSPC members, and verify the Certification status of individuals
in the marketplace, but as a non-member of SSPC the search
results do not include contact info in the search results. Non-Members
of SSPC are also invited to contact the Certification Coordinator at SSPC to assist
in the verification of an individual's certification
status. Updates for individuals contact information
should be sent to SSPC: The Society for Protective Coatings
at 40 24th St., Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or sent via email
to the Certification Coordinator.
